Our Story
Founded in 2011, Diamond began by supporting adults with learning difficulties in the mailing industry.
In 2016, we expanded into Langstone Technology Park, enabling us to focus on helping unemployed young people gain work experience and professional skills.
By 2020, Diamond became a Community Interest Company (CIC), embedding our social purpose into everything we do.
In 2025, all operations moved to Romsey, Hampshire.
