A Social Enterprise That Delivers More!
Diamond Print and Mail Centre C.I.C. trades like a professional print and mailing provider — but with one important difference: our profits are reinvested to support young people into long-term employment.
Our Story
Founded in 2011, Diamond began by supporting adults with learning difficulties in the mailing industry.
In 2016, we expanded into Langstone Technology Park, enabling us to focus on helping unemployed young people gain work experience and professional skills.
By 2020, Diamond became a Community Interest Company (CIC), embedding our social purpose into everything we do.
In 2025, all operations moved to Romsey, Hampshire.
Our Mission
To help young people gain workplace skills through:
Traineeships
Apprenticeships
Real commercial work that builds confidence and capability
Our impact is measured by the number of young people who successfully progress into permanent employment.
